JULIE WOODS
Julie Brogoitti Woods is the Broker/Owner of JWA, a real estate firm founded with a commitment to providing exceptional service to every client. A lifelong resident of East Texas (with the exception of six years), Julie has developed a deep connection to the region. She graduated from Kilgore High School in 1996 and earned her BBA in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1999.
After college, Julie and her husband, Quentin, moved to Dallas, where she worked as a recruiter for Stephen F. Austin for two years before transitioning to Clark Consulting. At Clark Consulting, Julie specialized in benefits and compensation consulting for high-level executives. The role was a perfect match for her keen attention to detail and dedication to excellence. However, after the birth of their first child, Julie & Quentin decided to return to her East Texas roots.
In 2005, Julie returned to Kilgore to join her father and brother in Brogoitti Construction, a custom residential and commercial construction business. As the company expanded, the need for a real estate division emerged. This led to the formation of a local real estate brokerage in partnership with Brogoitti Construction. Eventually, Julie decided to start her own firm, Julie Woods and Associates Real Estate (JWA).
JWA was founded with a simple philosophy: treat people the way we would want to be treated, and uphold the highest standards. Our goal is to be the first firm you think of when it comes to real estate.
Beyond her real estate career, Julie is deeply committed to her community. She actively participates in various volunteer efforts and enjoys traveling, party planning, and running. The highlight of her day is spending time with her husband, Dr. Quentin Woods, and their three children: Elle, Brynn, and Grant.
